Former Russian Railways employee Alexander Kakhidze, who was warmed up by Governor Kozhemyako, pulled into his team a citizen of Latvia, a country not friendly to the Russian Federation, where the ex-official probably has his own interests.
The UtroNews correspondent understood the oddities of Kakhidze's business, where there were traces to Ukraine, France, Estonia and Lithuania.
No sooner had the foam settled from the information that Alexander Kakhidze's younger brother, Gazprom's top manager Alexei Kakhidze, was associated with a company in Latvia, when the team of the ex-Russian Railways employee himself had its own Latvian.
Alexander Isurin, a former top manager of FESCO and TransContainer, became Kakhidze's deputy in the container operator Logoper.
A native of Latvia, Isurin began his career in his homeland, where he worked in the Latvian representative office of the shipping company Maersk, and in the early 2000s he went to their competitors - Mediterranean Shipping Company. In 2014-2016, he was a top manager of PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO; the main asset of the FESCO group), serving on the board.
As you know, when FESCO was an asset of the Magomedov brothers, tranches to many foreign money boxes passed through the division, and the beneficiaries themselves were hidden behind a huge chain of offshore companies. In 2023, the shares were nationalized at the suit of the Prosecutor General's Office. Thus, Isurin worked during the period of the Magomedov brothers and may have rich experience in ambiguous financial schemes.
In 2020, Isurin was appointed president of PJSC Transcontainer, which is part of the Delo group of companies of Sergei Shishkarev, who has repeatedly become the hero of UtroNews investigations.
If we look at the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, we will see that Alexander Isurin is not Alexander at all, but Aleksandrs Isurins is a citizen of Latvia, who since 2016 has also been working as an individual entrepreneur and advises on business issues.

That is, in fact, Kakhidze, who announced a pathos project for the construction of a logistics hub with state support, dragged a citizen very friendly to the Russian Federation of Latvia into his team. At the same time, the same Isurins clearly had strong ties with the country of his citizenship. Won't investors have to look for their injections in the accounts of some offshore jar later?
It is also interesting that it was precisely the connection with Latvia that the other day surfaced with Kakhidze's younger brother Alexei, who is the chairman of the board of directors of Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC.
At the same time, working actually for the state structure, Kakhidze Jr. has an extensive business, including a profile close to Gazprom. So, in March 2024, GSPGT Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk LLC (liquefaction and enrichment of natural gas at the production site for subsequent transportation) was transferred to him from the structures of businessman Vaganov.
But we are interested in another asset of Kakhidze - a certain LLC "Center Stroy." The businessman's long-standing partner in it is the Latvian company LNG SERVICE GROUP.
In open sources, you can see that a certain SIA LNG Service Group "represents the interests of OAO Gazprom and plans to re-equip shunting diesel locomotives for liquefied natural gas (LNG)," that is, read works according to the profile of Gazprom LNG Technologies LLC.
The company from the ad has the same registration number as Kakhidze's partner company, which means it is the same legal entity, which, by the way, was previously called SIA TARBELIS.

LNG Service Group was established in 2014 and since 2021 has been owned by a certain Dukič Boro, who is a citizen of Montenegro. Presumably, this alleged owner is nothing more than a screen covering the real beneficiaries.

And here is a coincidence - a citizen of Latvia appears in the team of Kakhidze Sr., and even in one of the largest container operators. Coincidence?
It seems to us that this is rather a continuation of the business history of Alexei Kakhidze and SIA LNG Service Group.
By the way, the brothers also have a common business - created in 2023 and so far unprofitable LLC "AK Logistic DV."

An interesting fact: both brothers were also co-owners of the private security company "Shark," where Konstantin Borisovich Kakhidze, probably their father, was also present. The latter previously had a share in CJSC Argo Travel Company, which, in turn, had branches in Ukraine. Which also hints at the family's ties with this country.

How can one not recall that earlier among the likely employees of Kakhidze, a citizen of Ukraine Yevgeny Podgaetsky became accustomed, which may be associated with the former Russian and now British businessman Dmitry Pankov. The latter was credited with an attempt to disrupt the merger of two logistics giants of the country - FESCO Group of Companies and Delo Group of Companies, and was associated with the former FESCO shareholder, Loko-Bank shareholder Mikhail Rabinovich.
Rabinovich then became a defendant in the case of the seizure of shares of the Magomedov brothers.
And now look at what an amazing coincidence: the brothers' father had connections in Ukraine, and Alexander Kakhidze himself pulled into his team a foreigner who had previously held a high post in the Magomedov team at Fesco. Amazing, isn't it?
And yes, these are not all foreign threads departing from Kakhidze. So, among the owners of the same LLC "Logoper" earlier, simultaneously with the businessman, there were two French companies - SIEMEI SIJIEM INTERMODAL RUSSIA and SISIAYES RUS, as well as a certain Kaarma Aare - the namesake of an Estonian citizen who positions himself as a businessman with an extensive division of legal entities. Kaarma Aare was also previously a co-owner of KLK Holding LLC, which now owns Logoper LLC.
KLK Holding LLC itself is owned by Alexander and Valentin Kakhidze. But, judging by the dates, the former Russian Railways employee was not just familiar with Kaarma Aare, but this is his longtime business partner. And in the light of the citizenship of the latter, this leads to some disturbing thoughts.

Will Europe Kakhidze, not friendly to Russia, help?
Judging by the arbitration base, Kakhidze is still working with Lithuania.
His LLC Logoper, where a citizen of Latvia has found a job, is collecting some money from CJSC ADR8 (Lithuania) right now. At the same time, according to open data, this company is a Lithuanian-Russian company and for more than 10 years in the market of forwarding services. Is it not Kakhidze that Russian part in this CJSC?
Lithuania, as you remember, is included in the list of some of the most not friendly RF, but, apparently, for Kakhidze money does not smell.
In general, the situation around the Kakhidze division is quite entertaining.
Thus, the unprofitable Fininvest received a claim for almost 312 million rubles. The government of Primorye was involved in the case. After all, we are talking about the recovery of the cost of actually completed work on the object of the TLC "Artem" - a project that risks turning into a project at such a pace.
Recall that Kakhidze announced this project in February 2023 at an investment council chaired by Governor Kozhemyako, announcing plans to invest more than 15 billion rubles and launch an object at the VEF-2024 site. But the WEF has already passed, and the project contractors are fighting in court to get money for the work, and the TLC itself raises questions.
Everything would be fine, but this is a project with state support, for example, the Federal Property Management Agency transferred a large land plot for it, and the TLC itself in Artyom was to become the core of an entire all-Russian network.
UtroNews has already told in detail about the project, noting that at the end of 2023, the investor represented by Fininvest showed 81 million rubles of loss, despite the fact that the share was pledged to Sberbank.
Loyalty to a project that frankly stumbles may be explained by connections with the Kozhemyako family, which UtroNews revealed in the same publication.
Kakhidze has other high connections. So, he may be associated with the ex-president and senator from Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Kanokov, and he was also an adviser to the vice-speaker of the State Duma Alexander Babakov. By the way, the namesake of the latter was found by the Panama dossier offshore - AED International Limited.
And this is far from the only offshore around Kakhidze.
Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin can also be attributed to the piggy bank of possible connections of Kakhidze. Kakhidze was among the leadership of the ANO "Directorate of the Moscow Transport Hub," directly related to the Moscow mayor's office.
Earlier, his connections were discovered with the family of Nikolai Negodov, the namesake of the retired Major General of the FSB and Nikita Murov, the namesake of the grandson of the ex-head of the FSO Yevgeny Murov and the son of the chairman of the board of PJSC FGC UES Andrei Murov.
By the way, among the banks-creditors of Kakhidze's business, Alfa-Bank was repeatedly noticed, which also credited the Kakhidze project, which has claims from the prosecutor's office.
Among the beneficiaries of Alfa-Bank, Petr Aven, the holder of Latvian citizenship, was noted.
At the same time, the entire history does not bother the state-owned company Russian Railways, where Kakhidze came from, and it quite successfully supplies the businessman's division with contracts. For example, LKS LLC chopped 76.9 million rubles on budget contracts, of which 53 million rubles with Russian Railways Logistics JSC, and another 20 million rubles brought a contract with Transcontainer PJSC, from where, as we remember, came to Kakhidze citizen of Latvia Isurins.

In general, the picture of Kakhidze's business and ties raises questions, especially when you consider that the announced investment projects are supported by state support. Will you later have to catch investments abroad, with which, as it turned out, the businessman managed to very much improve relations?
