The development group of companies "Samolet," which is associated with the family of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, announced the start of a new project - the development of low-rise housing on a 700-hectare site near the Sorochany ski resort in the Dmitrovsky district of the Moscow Region.

Especially for this, the holding company "Samolet Suburban Real Estate" established LLC SZ "Samolet-Yakhroma." At the same time, the group turned out to be a partner: 50% of the new structure belongs to Impulse LLC. Among the beneficiaries of the latter was the scandalous businessman Vladislav Koltsov, whose family is associated with the Moscow mayor's office during the Luzhkov era, the fugitive oligarchs Ananyev and a mass of other "skeletons in the closet."

However, the main interests of Nisanov are still connected with Moscow - he is considered close to the mayor's office of Sergei Sobyanin. Many scandals are associated with the name of the same oligarch - not only in the field of development, but also regarding the covered markets belonging to him, where law enforcement agencies have already had to visit.

It is noteworthy that the ever-memorable Vladislav Koltsov also owns shares in Farmacea LLC. And in his partners - Louise Yusupova. She may be a relative of Oleg Yusupov, who, in turn, was called a relative of the God Nisanov himself.
