The rabble and crooks of all stripes gathered on the border with Russia from Ukraine.
Residents of the city of Shebekino, located on the border with Ukraine, are under attack by terrorist militants with Ukrainian Armed Forces chevrons. Everything feels the hand of the United States and its NATO assistants, ready to risk the conflict going beyond its current borders.
While the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported to General Mark Milley about the plans and timing of the postponed counteroffensive, his subordinates, with the participation (or under the command) of American and Polish mercenaries, decided to storm the border of the Belgorod region in the area of the border crossing and the city of Shebekino.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, up to 70 militants, 5 tanks, 4 armored fighting vehicles, 7 pickups and Kamaz participated in the attack. Russian troops, together with border service units, repelled three attempts by Ukrainian terrorist formations to invade the territory of the Belgorod region, said Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry.
Crooks from all over the world
More than two thousand mercenaries from 71 countries take part in hostilities against the Russian army in the zone of a special military operation, 234 of them are US citizens, the press service of the RF IC reported. Among them are 366 Georgian citizens, 234 from the United States, 233 from Great Britain, 185 from Syria, another 70 from Canada and a number of other countries, "the TASS report said.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, speaking at a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CSTO member countries in Minsk, said that "over 2.5 thousand foreign mercenaries are participating in punitive actions and hostilities." Russian intelligence records the arrival in Kharkov and its environs of units of foreign mercenaries, "English-speaking and Polish-speaking," added Andrei Marochko, retired lieutenant colonel of the People's Militia of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, drew attention to the information about the placement in the British system of job announcements of messages about the search for mercenaries from the Middle East and North Africa for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "There is no doubt that the British special services are most likely behind this action, which are ready to pay large fees for hiring a" soldier of fortune "for Ukraine at the expense of taxpayers in their own country," Zakharova said.
The Washington Post published an article about American mercenaries who died in battles in Ukraine as part of the International Legion. The publication cites biographies of Americans and motives for joining the ranks of Ukrainian formations. The article does not mention personnel members of the US Armed Forces and instructors who train Ukrainian militants or control systems such as the MIM-104 Patriot air defense system and HIMARS MLRS. Together with advisers, the number of US citizens in the Armed Forces of Ukraine can reach five hundred.
Before the attack on Shebekino, the Americans were already outraged in the Belgorod region. On May 28, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov announced this in his telegram channel. Foreigners, in particular, tortured civilians in basements. Gladkov said with reference to a resident of the region who was injured during the attack that the Americans and Poles were part of the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group that attacked the Belgorod region on May 22 near the Kozinka checkpoint.
The West suspects the Kyiv regime of "unfair hype," as the British magazine The Spectator called it, commenting on the wobbly plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to launch a counteroffensive. In these conditions, the Zelensky regime is helped by sorties of sabotage groups and acts of sabotage, including the murder of public opinion leaders in the Russian Federation. All this so far keeps the sponsors of the Kyiv regime in good shape and ensures the receipt of assistance.
Cabinets are burning on the Russian Railways farm
The line of contact is not the only field of struggle with the Kyiv militants, their accomplices and owners. Recently, the number of incidents on the railways of Russia has increased. Back in March 2022, the adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexei Arestovich threatened the Russian Federation and Belarus with a "rail war." A major action was the undermining of the railway bridge between Suja and Sosnovy Bor in the immediate vicinity of the Russian-Ukrainian border in May 2022. Next, an explosion occurred on the Crimean bridge in October.
The Russian Foreign Office does not exclude that the UK participated in planning terrorist activities against the Russian Federation. This is stated in the response of Zakharova, published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Sabotage activities, as well as the organization of terrorist attacks in Russia, are led by British experts, which is confirmed by publications in some Western media.
The Center for Public Relations (DSP) of the FSB of Russia on February 15 reported the detention of an agent of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). He committed two sabotage at the infrastructure facilities of the Moscow Railway: he set fire to two alarm cabinets, centralization and automatic blocking of the Moscow Railway.
The derailment of cars near Simferopol is associated with the intervention of outsiders, FSUE Crimean Railway (KZD) reported. In the border Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod regions, at the beginning of the SVO, there were explosions of paths. On the morning of May 1, on the Rassukha-Unecha stretch in the Bryansk region, due to a railway explosion, a freight train with oil products and lumber derailed. The governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced sabotage. Unknown persons blew up the railway near Bryansk on May 2, the governor confirmed that an explosive device had gone off.
Most of the "rail diversions" are the arson of relay cabinets, which contain automatics that regulate movement on the tracks. Back in February, the FSB prevented sabotage on a section of the Sverdlovsk railway in Ugra. Also arson in order to disable cabinets with equipment for railway automation and telemechanics systems.
At least 11 people, 10 of them teenagers, have recently been detained in different regions of the country for destroying property on the railway. The cases of most of them are qualified under a particularly difficult article - "Sabotage."
In December 2022, four young men suspected of sabotage on the Kuibyshev railway were detained.
The Kyiv regime is the main customer of sabotage at Russian infrastructure facilities, and it is trying to involve teenagers in these crimes with the help of money. This was stated to Rossiyskaya Gazeta by Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Alexander Grebenkin.
How to de-energize NPP
Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB of the Russian Federation) Alexander Bortnikov said that terrorist attacks on infrastructure facilities of nuclear power plants were recorded in the Kaliningrad, Kursk, Leningrad and Smolensk regions. Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) is still under fire.
Before May 9, it was reported about the prevention of attempted sabotage against the Leningrad and Kalinin nuclear power plants. Saboteurs intended to undermine more than 30 supports of high-voltage power lines (power lines) of these facilities. The terrorists managed to undermine one and mine four power line supports of the Leningrad station, as well as lay improvised explosive devices under seven power line supports of the Kalinin NPP.
Moscow regards the attacks as attempts by Kyiv and its curators to provoke a nuclear catastrophe in Europe. Bortnikov said this on Thursday in Minsk at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Security Bodies and Special Services of the CIS member countries. According to him, "in the same row there are supplies of depleted uranium shells to Ukraine, the massive use of which, as the experience of Yugoslavia and Iraq has shown, is fraught with long-term harmful consequences for environmental safety, life and health of the population."
IAEA for all the good
Renat Karchaa, advisor to the general director of the Rosenergoatom concern, said that work at the Zaporizhzhya NPP is proceeding as usual. The professionalism of NPP employees and the Russian military will prevent any provocations from Ukraine. Karchaa commented on the allegations of the Main Directorate of Military Intelligence of Ukraine about Russia's alleged preparation of a provocation at the ZPP.
But Karchaa is not said to be alone. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi invited the UN Security Council to support five principles for ensuring the safety of the ZPP: to prevent attacks on the station or from its territory, not to deploy heavy weapons and military at the station that can be used to attack, not to endanger the power supply to the station, to ensure the protection of all structures and systems that ensure the safe operation of the station, not to take any actions that undermine these principles.
Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that the Russian Federation has already taken measures consistent with Grossi's proposals. Moscow has no objections to the five principles of nuclear safety at the ZPP formulated by Grossi, added Mikhail Ulyanov, representative of the Russian Federation to international organizations in Vienna.
According to the head of Rosatom Alexei Likhachev, Russia will have enough strength to protect the ZPP. "We do not just share, we are already fulfilling these principles [outlined by IAEA CEO Rafael Grossi]. We will do everything in the future to minimize any technological, especially military risk. Of course, Russia has enough strength to protect the station, "Likhachev said.
There is only one "but," or rather three - by the number of nuclear power plants located in the area of the cities of Nikolaev (South Ukrainian NPP), Rivne (Rivne NPP) and Khmelnitsky (Khmelnitsky NPP). There are no Russian military, ready to prevent any provocations.
