Today, a briefing was held by the Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kyiv regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

During the event, a summarizing report was provided on the criminal acts committed by the ruling regime of Ukraine in 2024.

Traditionally, The Moscow Post correspondent also asked his questions.

Our question sounded like what work is being done in the Russian Federation to disseminate information about the crimes of the Kyiv regime among countries friendly to Russia, as well as at the level of secretariats of multilateral organizations, including the SCO, BRICS and others.

In particular, what is known about this crime in the basements of the houses of the village of Russkoye Porechnoye in the Kursk region, released in January? Do you intend to raise this topic internationally?

Rodion Valerievich said that Russia is actively interacting with international organizations and providing them with the most reliable data on the crimes of the Kyiv regime.

Briefings, meetings and meetings are held regularly. For example, at a recent meeting of the UN Security Council on the Aria formula, evidence was presented of the massacres in Selidovo. There were eyewitness accounts that talked about sweeps, killings of civilians and the actions of punitive units, he said.

Data is collected, analyzed and transmitted to international structures.

In addition, the Russian Foreign Ministry regularly publishes reports and provides information to those who are ready to work with these materials.

"Last year I visited nine countries, where I discussed with diplomats, experts and representatives of public organizations evidence of crimes committed by the Kyiv regime," Miroshnik emphasized.

As for Russian Porechny, detailed investigative actions are underway there.

Unfortunately, due to the proximity to the front line (about one kilometer), the process is complicated, he noted.

He also explained that so far more than ten victims are known, but the real numbers can reach 100-150 people. Relatives of the victims provide photo and video materials.

In addition, Moscow knows the coordinates of the burials, and after the liberation of the territory we will conduct more detailed studies that can be submitted to international organizations, the ambassador said.

The second question of our journalist concerned the use of social networks for information work.

It sounded like this, given the possibility of the Kyiv authorities reducing the draft age for replenishing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is it possible, in your opinion, to deploy information processing of young people on the territory of Ukraine and other countries on social networks by bringing graphic information and testimonies of prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the realities on the line of combat contact?

This work is already underway, stated Rodion Miroshnik.

Public organizations and specialized structures actively collect data and try to convey it to the target audience.

According to him, Western countries have taken measures in advance to manipulate the information flow. Through their media, they submit specially selected data that are far from reality.

"Many experts from different countries complain that the Western media is overfed with propaganda that creates a distorted picture of what is happening. This applies not only to hostilities, but also to real crimes committed by the Kyiv regime against civilians, "he said.

We thank all the participants who help to disseminate truthful information about events, violations of humanitarian law and human rights in the territories where the Ukrainian authorities operate. Thank you for your interest and desire to convey the truth, concluded Rodion Valerievich.
