In the business division of the large Khusnullin family, which is related to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin - replenishment. Ruslan Khusnullin established a new company.

In 2024, a new company for integrated maintenance of premises appeared in Tatarstan, owned by Ruslan Khusnullin. This is the first official business of the latter, which is called a relative of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin - also a native of Tatarstan.

A related relationship is confirmed by the fact that Ruslan Khusnullin heads a number of companies that are related to Albert Maratovich Khusnullin - the full namesake of the son of the Deputy Prime Minister and Rosa Khusnullina - the namesake of the mother of a high-ranking official.

Ruslan Khusnullin - director of the part of the division that is packaged in the consumer society "Temp" (Temp PO), in particular, JACQUES LLC (real estate management, 2023 profit - 480 thousand rubles with revenue of 157 million rubles), LLC "SK-16" (electricity transmission, profit in 2022 - 57 million rubles) and Tamlis-Agro LLC (grain cultivation, loss of 2022 - 5.7 million rubles, 49% in the company are Chinese citizens). In turn, JACQUES LLC has a subsidiary - Leninogorsk Poultry Farm LLC, and JACQUES LLC itself, which owns the trademark of the Tat.Rent commercial real estate rental agency.

In addition, JACQUES LLC acts as a management company for VKST LLC and Clarus LLC. The latter belongs to Albert Maratovich Khusnullin, the son of an official, and until 2019 he also had a share in VKST, but now the beneficiaries of 50% are hidden behind the Rost Development closed-end investment fund, which is managed by JSC UK Activist.

Earlier, Regnum reported that Roza Garafutdinovna Khusnullina for 2021 was the only shareholder of AKTIViST management company.

The Criminal Code does not disclose the beneficiaries for today, but earlier the company was registered at the same address where Ruslan Khusnullin's freshly created company. Moreover, the same ZPIF with the same management company was also managed by LLC Most, which now belongs to the same Temp software. This may indicate a close connection between the Activist Management Company and the Khusnullin division.

By the way, judging by the arbitration base, the same VKST has at least one plot of 9.6 thousand square meters. m with seven real estate objects standing on it on the street. Tetsevskaya in Kazan. At the same time, the cadastral numbers of the objects correspond to the previous address of the registration of the Temp software. The Temp software itself does not disclose the founders, but meanwhile the chairman of the board is Natalia Volostnova, the former director of Clarus LLC, which belongs to Albert Khusnullin.

Clarus also has a "subsidiary" Kama Coast LLC, which has some large hunting grounds. Among the owners of the "Kama Coast" at one time appeared Lilia Khusnullina (Kharisova) - the ex-wife of the Deputy Prime Minister, who today works in Moscow as an individual entrepreneur in the field of real estate.

But let's return to the Temp software.

Interesting: Ms. Volostnova was also the director of Zeminvestgroup LLC liquidated in 2022 (it was spelled out on the same Tetsevskaya St.), Adamant LLC, and the owner of the assets was an offshore company - the Cypriot ROST INVESTMENTS LIMITED (consonant with the ZPIF Rosa Khusnullina, isn't it?).

In 2012, the Cypriot company in the material of the Kazan edition of Business Online was mentioned in conjunction with the beneficiaries of the Koshchakovsky Brick Plant, including until 2007, AVERDIX LLC and AIDA and D LLC. Among the owners of the latter was the Cypriot ELEVANI ENTERPRISES LIMITED, and AVERDIX LLC appeared in a high-profile scandal in 2016, when the mother of Marat Khusnullin, then vice mayor of Moscow, was accused in connection with the British company Averdo Property Management Limited.

It was reported, allegedly Averdix LLC, that it owned shares in Tatselzhilkomkhoz OJSC, Vodokanalservice OJSC, Tatstroy OJSC, belonged to London Averdo Property Management Limited and offshore from the British Virgin Islands Averdix Business Corp. Khusnullin himself denied everything by himself.

Meanwhile, Averdo Property Management Limited worked in the British register in 2005-2013, among the directors of which in 2005-2010 was a certain Roza KHUSNULLINA born in 1944, living in Kazan and having citizenship - British. The address for correspondence with the British company was indicated as the address of Averdix Business Corp. Fun match.

The fact that Temp PO and Ms. Volostnova are associated with the Khusnullin also confirms that Temp was among the founders of Agrofirm Chistopolskaya LLC, which is part of the division of HC Chistopolye JSC.

HC Chistopolye belongs to Rosa and Albert Khusnullin, and the board of directors includes Ruslan Ildusovich Khusnullin, from whom we began our material.

One more member of the board of directors of Chistopol, Andrei Jonovich Yasko, is very interesting. This is a complete namesake of the deputy head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Marcel Imamov. In 2015, Kommersant reported on the arrest of Yasko as a defendant in a fraud case when concluding a deal to acquire a plot of land with a building for the district administration of the PFR for 14 million rubles in one of the districts of Tatarstan. The amount of the transaction, according to investigators, was twice the market value.

And the full namesake Yasko was the bankruptcy trustee of the ruined state institution Tatselenergo. To whom exactly the assets of a bankrupt state-owned enterprise could go, one can only assume.

The husband of Alina Khusnullina is called the son of the general director of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Sergei Kireev Yevgeny. Interesting: but a certain Eugene Kireev, judging by his website, studied in London, and also gained extensive experience working in the largest shipping company in Cyprus.

In turn, the Nasha Versiya edition reported that Alina Kireeva is allegedly the owner of a whole network of Cypriot offshore companies Fortress Group. And here is a coincidence: in Cyprus there is a certain STAMUKHA SHIPPING LIMITED associated with the Fortress network, and among the directors of this it flashed quite the Russian name of the director - a certain EVGENIIA GORDINA. Was Evgeny Kireev gaining experience there?

By the way, through the Temp PO, or rather its "subsidiary" UK Zhilservice LLC, a connection was discovered with another Cypriot company - LIDEROL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, which was the owner of Tatstroyinvest LLC. Dmitry Malkov was the director of Zhilservice and Tatstroyinvest (and then its successor, TSI Special Construction Company LLC).

Since 2022, the TSI construction group has been hiding its beneficiaries behind ZPIF. At the same time, most of the companies of this construction division are registered in the same building with the freshly created company of Ruslan Khusnullin.

Is it a coincidence, or part of the family division of the former Minister of Construction of Tatarstan, and now Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, works just in the construction industry, hiding behind the ZPIF?

"Chistopol" with state support

Both Chistopol and Temp jointly own several dozen enterprises, including wholesale grain trade, grain cultivation, and animal husbandry.

The lion's firm of the division is registered in the Chistopol district and here is what a coincidence - Ruslan Ildusovich Khusnullin at one time was the first deputy head of the executive committee of this particular district of Tatarstan. Well, isn't it?

It is especially interesting against this background that the companies of the Khusnullin division are suppliers under government contracts. For example, through LLC "SK-16" passed through the supplier two contracts for 2.6 million rubles and through the customer - 35 in the amount of 135 million rubles. LLC "JACQUES" acted as a supplier in 11 state contracts worth more than 1.6 million rubles. The Clarus company rented out the premises on the street. Mikhail Mile, 61 GUP RT Tatleasing for 2.3 million rubles, and LLC Agrofirma Chistopolskaya supplied the goods to the executive committee of the Chistopol region. And this is only part of all government contracts.

Also, the companies of the Khusnullin division actively lease special equipment, and the state-owned Rosagroleasing JSC is the lessor in terms of contracts. At the same time, the key tasks of the JSC are the implementation of the agricultural development program. 100% of Rosagroleasing's shares belong to the state, and Marat Khusnullin is part of the Russian government. Is there a conflict of interest here?

Almost annually, the Chistopolye holding company expands its division. Recently, the Khusnullin empire has not even froze with names, calling Agrofirma 1 LLC, Agrofirma 2, etc.

The Khusnullin Empire is an example of a close spike in business and power that does not shy away from trenches from the budget. The only question is how much does such a spike correspond to the concept of "conflict of interest"? But this is no longer a question of journalistic, but of another investigation.
