Cashier for Mikhail: who helped Ryabinsky do business?

In the Ryabinsky division, the bankruptcy of the company was discovered with a preliminary withdrawal of 64 million rubles, as well as a strong trace of those who are usually called "Solntsevsky."

The investigation by UtroNews of the story of the controversial liquidation of SK Govorovo LLC, which brought 1.7 billion rubles in profit, led us to another deal that raises questions. There was also a trace of Sergei Mikhailov, who is known in narrow circles as Michael, as well as to a whole group of people from the same circles and former officials.

We will remind, earlier UtroNews discovered that about a year before the transaction for the sale of MIC GK Samolet, which is connected with the family of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov, Ryabinsky and Kopylkov were put under the knife of the developer of the Tatyanin Park residential complex - SK Govorovo LLC. At the same time, the company could be compared with a chicken carrying golden eggs. Indeed, at the time of liquidation, its profit amounted to 1.7 billion rubles.

Then the editors suggested that the developer, distinguished by great love for foreign life, could identify these billions in Cypriot accounts. In the business division of the developer, not only offshore companies were found, but also the wife and daughter of a businessman, according to rumors, live in London, living in a very expensive club house. By the way, Ryabinsky himself stated a few years ago that his other half was a British citizen and he himself did not see anything illegal in this.

Analysis of Ryabinsky's business made it possible to find another very ambiguous story, where again a certain agreement between affiliated parties surfaced, and traces went to Sergei Mikhailov, whom evil tongues associated with the Solntsevskaya organized criminal group, although he denied this in every possible way. Rumor has it that in the narrow circles of a businessman near Moscow who has connections in the political and power sphere, they know as Michael. We do not undertake to assert this, but what a misfortune: all those who tried to prove these connections in the courts then recalled the testimony, and one did not live to see the trial at all.

So, in 2016-2018, Ryabinsky and his partner Kopylkov were co-owners of Novoglagolevo-3 LLC, then the shares passed to Valery Tretyakov. This is probably a relative of Vladimir Tretyakov, who is considered a confidant of the developer, who will emerge more than once in a joint business. Also, before personal ownership, the LLC belonged to the company Ryabinsky and Kopylkov - LLC Sportstroyresurs.

Together with Ryabinsky, Vera Seregina, who is considered the daughter of Sergei Mikhailov, was also in business. It was she who later became the sole owner of the company, liquidated in 2021.

But before Novoglagolevo-3 LLC was slammed, it managed to participate in 2017-2018 in the bankruptcy of IC RIC LLC. The latter was rolled into a certain debt of 64 million rubles, justifying it with unjust enrichment under a general contract for the construction of a maintenance station, general contract for a medical center and a shopping and entertainment center with a supermarket. It was reported that the agreements were signed in 2013-2014.

Everything would be fine, but both the debtor and the creditor were connected.

In 2015-2016, Ryabinsky himself was the owner of IC RIK LLC, then a certain Alexander Rylov had an asset for several months. The latter was associated with the already famous Mikhail Parshin, who appeared in the story of the issuance of loans to a Latvian company and the liquidation of SK Govorovo. He inherited Parshin in the MIC division and GK Samolet, which later bought that MIC. As they say, not a stranger to Ryabinsky.

The last owner before the liquidation of IC "RIC" was another already well-known person involved - Timur Ablakov, president of the boxing federation of the Istra region. Namely, Ryabinsky is fond of boxing, even acting as the founder of AMR Boxing World LLC.

By the way, it was Ablakova Ryabinsky who transferred his share to overexposure in another asset - Antimel LLC, where Rylov was also exposed.

It's interesting: SK Govorovo and LLC Novoglagolevo-3 had one head/liquidator - Nadezhda Kuznetsova, who liquidated a whole group of legal entities. A kind of professional liquidator.

But let's return to Novoglagolevo-3 LLC.

The company had a subsidiary, or rather a 25% stake in Bionic Products Factory LLC in Istra. Co-owners were the former director of Novoglagolevo-3 LLC Olga Korobova (previously bore the name Pleskova), Valery Strelnikov and Anatoly Abakumov. Korobova in this business was probably Ryabinsky's representative, since we will meet her more than once in the MIC division.

It is interesting that the lady was also the head of the Orudyevskoye Agrofirm JSC, a company from the 90s, which probably owned not a small land portfolio and real estate objects. The arbitration base hints at this. At the end of 2024, Ryabinsky himself was a member of the board of directors of the joint-stock company. And Ms. Korobova-Pleskova is the beneficiary of the firm.

But the most interesting person involved in the Bionic Products Factory LLC is perhaps Mr. Abakumov.

Until May 2023, Abakumov had a joint asset with whom would you think? With Sergey Mikhailov! Both of them were the owners of shares in Timal LLC, which, judging by the materials of the inspections, owns or owns the Novoperedelkino shopping center in Moscow.

Mikhailov's partner, whom evil tongues, as we remember, associated with the Solntsevskys, according to Timal LLC, was also a certain Andrei Vasiliev, who had a common business with Mikhail Kudin. These sources were called another person close to Solntsevsky. Moreover, in narrow circles, he is allegedly known as Quakin.

And Kudin, and Mikhailov, and Vasiliev together acted as co-founders of the parish of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in Solntsevo. Arthur Chilingarov, a former State Duma deputy (died in 2024), and Leonid Bakin, the namesake of a former employee of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Avtodor of the Russian Federation and co-founder of ZAO Terminal Vnukovo 4, were also noted there.

In addition, Mikhailov, Kudin and Vasiliev are co-owners of TKF Furniture House. Together with them, a number of individuals from the Averin family appear there, including Viktor Averin. The latter is known in narrow circles as Avera the Elder and is associated with the same Solntsevskys.

According to sources, Averin Sr. has been a confidant of Mikhailov since the 90s. By the way, at one time Averin allegedly tried to create a common business with State Duma deputy Andrei Skoch - when buying service companies from the infrastructure of the capital's Vnukovo airport. But the deputy then disowned this connection. Although, if we remember that Bakin, associated with Vnukovo, appeared next to Mikhailov, then questions will arise.

Also, among Averin's acquaintances, banker Semyon Mogilevich was called, who is considered a criminal authority in the United States, accused of racketeering, fraud and money laundering, and in Russia he was involved in the case of tax evasion by the Arbat Prestige perfume chain and was on the wanted list.

Averin was also credited with acquaintance with the Uzbek businessman from narrow circles Gafur Rakhimov. By the way, the latter is also associated with the world of boxing. Like Ryabinsky. Coincidence?

Next to the name of the full namesake Rakhimov, the words drug trafficking flashed more than once.

Interestingly, Averin Sr. is a great lover of travel and has visited many countries, including the UK, where the Ryabinsky family lives.

And together with Mikhailov and the Swiss company Tonalito AG Averin was even a co-founder of a certain MTK-International OJSC.

Mikhailov was also among the co-founders of the fund to support the construction of the church to the Great Martyr Panteleimon in the village of Novoglagolevo. The president of this is Alexander Gusev, who was the head/liquidator of the administration of the urban Settlement Selyatino of the Naro-Fominsk municipal district of the Moscow region. Svyatoslav Petrushko, co-owner of the pharmaceutical company Valenta Pharm, as well as the namesake of the former vice-governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory under the governorship of General Lebed, was also noted in the fund. Petrushko is the son of Oleg Petrushko, not the last person in the capital's financial circles in those years who was related to Avangard Bank.

Among the co-founders of the church construction fund, we see another remarkable character - Alexander Androsov.

In 2020, the prosecutor general said that Androsov's full namesake as the head of a number of construction companies was accused of fraud and the creation of an organized group that stole 36 plots worth more than 158 million rubles from Rosleskhoz.

The rights to land in the Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow region were acquired in 2013-2014 by fraud.

The prosecutor considered that the defendants took advantage of deliberately forged land ownership certificates from 1995, issued for dummies, as well as concluded with the latest sales contracts, although the plots belonged to Rosleskhoz.

As for Mikhailov, next to him we see not only businessmen from narrow circles, but also ex-representatives of the authorities. So with Nikolai Zharennikov Mikhailov, they head the Foundation for the Support of Widows of Heroes of the Soviet Union, full holders of the Order of Glory and Heroes of the Fatherland.

Judging by the open data, Zharenikov is a colonel who previously worked as the military commissar of the united military commissariat of the Solntsevsky district of Moscow (and not only him), was the deputy head of the administration of the municipal district of Solntsevo, and also held bureaucratic positions in other state structures of Moscow.

As we can see, the talk that relations with Mikhailov were not the last word in the formation of Ryabinsky's business is confirmed. So maybe this is a kind of developer for someone who is known in narrow circles as Mikhas?
