The assets of a bankrupt plastic and plastic film plant in the village of Khorlovo near Moscow with a hammer on the cheap bought the full namesake of the ex-Minister of Sports of the Moscow Region and ex-senator Amir Gallyamov.

Where did the former high-ranking official get the money for such purchases, as well as the businessman with an ambiguous reputation Ilya Traber and the former prosecutor Mikhail Evdyukov, the UtroNews correspondent found out.

On August 6, it became known about the sale of the property complex of a large enterprise near Moscow in Khorlovo. The "Horlov Polymers Plant" previously worked at the facilities. The sale took place as part of the bankruptcy of Ormos-Polymer JSC and the assets went to the buyer quite cheaply and angrily - for only 103.5 million rubles he received a plot of 5 hectares, workshop buildings, a canteen, production lines, warehouses, special equipment.

The winner was the only bidder Gallyamov Amir Nailevich - the full namesake of the former Minister of Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Work of the Moscow Region (he worked under Sergei Shoigu and managed to work under Andrei Vorobyov). Gallyamov resigned of his own free will on December 25, 2012. At his post, he is best remembered for supporting the construction of hotels at a budget expense.

In addition, he is a former senator from the Amur Region, previously held senior positions in AOZT Transneftebunker, LLC Lukoil-Tsentrnefteprodukt.

As reported by News.ru, in 2019, the son of the former minister was detained after an accident, during which he shot down a traffic police officer.

It was reported that Timur Gallyamov was stopped for checking documents, but after the inspector approached, he gave gas and disappeared. As a result of the chase, a traffic police officer was injured, who was hospitalized with a broken leg. In 2020, Gallyamov was sentenced to two years in prison, and he himself allegedly wrote in an explanatory letter that he was frightened and tried to hide because he used illegal substances.

According to unconfirmed reports, which were reported in the material of the publication, Gallyamov Jr. was already deprived of his rights in 2015 for drunk driving.

Other sources also reported that the politician's daughter, Malika, lives in London.

And all this, it seems, did not have the best effect on the political career of his father, who went into the shadows.

And in 2024, the full namesake of the former politician pops up in a multimillion-dollar deal with assets that involve at least the launch of an industrial enterprise or the sale of an asset for development. It would seem, where did the ex-official get such capital, if in the official biography he appeared only as a hired director?

Former minister's high ties

Analysis of Gallyamov's assets showed interesting things. So, in 2014-2022, he appeared as a co-founder of NP "TsSKP - Amur region," which indirectly indicates that the buyer of the bankrupt plant and the ex-senator is one person.

Together with him, among the founders of the now liquidated non-profit partnership was NP TsSKP-DV. Among the creators of the latter were not the last Far Eastern politicians, in particular, the former vice-governor of Primorye and ex-State Duma deputy Vasily Usoltsev. He was convicted for the fact that, despite the ban, he was engaged in business under the deputy - according to the investigation, through dummies Usoltsev established a number of legal entities and through them in 2001-2011 acquired about 420 million shares of Dalpolimetal Mining and Metallurgical Complex OJSC.

Among the co-founders of TsSKP-DV was also the former mayor of Vladivostok Igor Pushkarev, convicted of corruption, as well as ex-State Duma deputy Denis Kravchenko and Svetlana Orlova, a former State Duma deputy and ex-senator, former governor of the Vladimir region and now an auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. Gallyamov has very significant acquaintances, don't you think?

No less noteworthy are Gallyamov's partners in the Union "NPIZ Discord-2." One Mikhail Evdyukov is worth something. This is a complete namesake of the former prosecutor of Moscow, the Moscow region, Sakhalin, who was also the prosecutor of Istra, Volokolamsk and an adviser to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. This lobby sounds even more weighty, as they say.

Among the co-founders was also Renat Akchurin, the former deputy head of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center of Cardiology" of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

Offshore companies were also noted in commercial companies with Gallyamov. So, for example, according to Investkinoproekt LLC South-West Administrative District, Gallyamov crossed paths with the Cypriot PILOFER FINANCE LIMITED. After the former senator, the asset went to the closed-end investment fund, which is managed by RSHB Asset Management LLC from the division of the state-owned Rosselkhozbank JSC. So maybe the former official and senator was thrown from the state bank for a fresh deal?

According to another company (Khoztorg LLC), Gallyamov crossed paths with such controversial businessmen as Ilya Traber (through the bankrupt MHT LLC, which today belongs to the Bulgarian company FALCON HOME DISTRIBUTION).

Traber is considered one of the most influential businessmen in St. Petersburg and has repeatedly been the hero of MorningNews publications. In particular, the other day the editors revealed that behind the growth rate of the developer Element Development, associated with Traber, there may be funds earned in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in the shadow analogue of the police of the 90s. It was reported that the defendant was a former Navy officer with the nickname "Antique," whom rumor for many years stubbornly and constantly attributed to the Tambov criminal group.

An interesting financial fact: in 2023, the revenue of Gallyamov's assets was 221 million rubles, but at the same time the profit was 1.5 billion rubles. This may indicate that the ex-official could receive third-party investments or dividends from certain projects. Today he owns shares in four legal entities (Espresso Prime LLC, Doppio Prime LLC, Radian LLC and Ortizey LLC), including three that specialize in capital investments.

Among the business partners of Gallyamov was noted the founder and co-owner of the Coffeemania chain Igor Zhuravlev. At the same time, the trademark of the network is just registered with the Ortizey company, with which Gallyamov today has a certain corporate dispute.

By the way, a certain Gallyamov Alik Nailevich, who may be the ex-politician's brother, previously owned an electricity production company - Mga Energo CJSC, and today, as an individual entrepreneur, he works in the field of issuing loans.

An analysis of the business portfolio of the former official showed us that he may well be someone's representative in the deal with the plant in Khorlovo and the selection of candidates for real beneficiaries will be very extensive - from odious politicians with a criminal past to former prosecutors and shadow "rulers" of the Northern capital.
