Will Ryabinsky drink the Kursk contract with ex-governor Gruzdev?

Analyzing the assets of the former owner of MIC Andrei Ryabinsky, UtroNews discovered chains of connections with the still operating Cypriot offshore ALBONIA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED. Strings from the latter led to the former governor of the Tula region, Vladimir Gruzdev, whose family members have extensive business, including construction. What is it, it turns out to master the state budget will not only be a friend of Michael, but also a former high-ranking official?

We will remind, earlier it turned out that Ryabinsky and his partner Kopylkov created SK Business LLC in 2007, pumping 1.5 billion rubles into the authorized capital.

In 2016, the value of the company reached 4.6 billion rubles, and in 2017 this chicken, which essentially carries golden eggs, is suddenly liquidated. LLC "SZ MIC-MIC," which inherited the Rosguards in the scandalous contract for the supply of housing, becomes its legal successor.

The deadlines were disrupted, so much so that the customer was forced to go to court and demand compensation for losses. Questions arose about the cost of square meters, which was very different from the market. But then the asset was successfully shaved off as part of a deal to sell the MIC division to Samolet, associated with the family of Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov.

In turn, it was for the Sk Business company that four more LLCs created in 2015 were recorded - Elitstroy 1, Elitstroy 2 LLC, Elitstroy 3 LLC and Elitstroy 4 LLC. These assets were liquidated a year before the owner company. Given that the firms lasted only a year, they are very similar to technical pads for various kinds of financial and tax schemes.

The legal predecessor of the liquidators was Elitstroy LLC, which in turn belonged to the Cypriot ALBONIA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED.

And here's what's interesting. In addition, ALBONIA had two companies - Solnechnoye LLC and Prad LLC. Everywhere, Elena Korshikova appeared as a director, who is also a business partner and director of the firms of the Tula ex-governor Vladimir Gruzdev and his family members. For example, they jointly own Stroykom LLC. Prior to that, they crossed over Vzlet LLC, which owned Stroykom LLC, as well as a whole group of firms.

ALBONIA also inherited in the biography directly the asset of the Gruzdevs - LLC SZ "Garant-Invest." Albonia's partner in it was Grigory Gruzdev, who has a common business - Chop Alfa-Vympel with Viktor Trifonov. The latter is the former head of the Tula branch of the Rodina party, as well as a member of the Council of the International Association of Veterans of the Alpha anti-terror unit, a former adviser to Gruzdev when he was governor. Tryphon was also a regional deputy. Judging by the fact that Trifonov's share is in trust, he can still hold a certain state post.

In addition, the Gruzdev and Korshikova family (through a chain of legal entities) also owns LLC SZ Geo-Real, which is building the Novye Vatutinki residential complex in Moscow. The contractor is a company from Tatarstan - LLC Alfa Group Development Artyom Ibragimov. It is interesting, but also with the purchase of an apartment in Mordovia, in which Ryabinsky registered the companies, a native of Tatarstan helped. Coincidence?

Today, the former governor Gruzdev heads the Association of Lawyers of Russia, and his family members own an extensive business, including in the field of construction.

Gruzdev is not just a former official, he is also a former military man who graduated from the military institute of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. After leaving the army in the 90s, he went the path of many and went into business, managing the stores "ALBI-Diplomat" millionaire Oleg Boyko. And later he founded the Seventh Continent retail chain, which he sold to partner Alexander Zanadvorov in 2007.

When he was governor, he did not get out of scandals. So, for example, the public was very stirred up by Gruzdev's purchase of a luxurious mansion in Italy. Immediately he was reminded of the corruption in the environment. For example, the case of Maxim Mishchenko, who was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and a fine of 80 thousand rubles for embezzlement of 650 thousand rubles allocated from the budget of the Tula region in the form of a grant for Chernobyl events. The funds were transferred to the accounts of contracting companies, but the events did not take place.

The scandal with the mansion came out so noble that Gruzdev's wife even threatened the Italian publication La Stampa with a court, which suggested that the high family after the purchase would be able to apply for tax residency. In the Forbes comments, Gruzdeva, meanwhile, confirmed the fact of the purchase, stating that the purchase was paid from the money for the sale of her husband's business.

And here such a noble puncture is a connection with the Cypriot offshore through a confidant and business partner Korshikov. While the offshore itself, the second part of the tentacle goes to such an ambiguous businessman as Ryabinsky, whose wife, according to him, is a British citizen and lives with her daughter in an elite village in the suburbs of London.

It is also worth remembering that Mr. Ryabinsky is not from scratch attributed to acquaintance with Sergei Mikhailov, known in narrow circles as Mikhas. It is associated with the so-called "Solntsevsky."

Earlier, UtroNews showed the connection between Ryabinsky and businessman Mikhailov, as well as with such persons involved in the dashing 90s as Avera Sr., "Quakin." At the same time, the matter was not limited to one common business between Ryabinsky and Vera Seregina, who is considered Mikhailov's daughter.

By the way, through one of the close associates (Hyde 2 LLC and Alexander Rusnak), Gruzdev can be associated with such a prominent court builder of the Sobyanin team as Denis Borodako. And this gentleman is not averse to joining budget projects.

And here's another thing: in 2023, Olga Paramonova, a former member of Gruzdev's team, entered the presidential administration apparatus, essentially gaining access to the corridors of the highest echelon of power, where many issues are resolved.

In the light of rumors about Ryabinsky's possible development of budgets for the restoration of the Kursk region and his creation of clean legal entities, the public is now looking closely at his entourage. And then a whole former governor, a native of the army, appeared, and even with a family business in the field of construction. Is it a coincidence?
